En plus d'être un émerveillement pour les yeux, le premier film de Dorota Kobiela et Hugh Welchman est aussi un délice pour les oreilles. Les arrangements créent ici un véritable chef-d'oeuvre. Les sombres compositions de Mansell contiennent de superbes cordes mélancoliques, couvertes sur les contre-mélodies de notes réfléchies et délicates. Parallèle parfait à l'histoire d'une terrible perte et d'une incompréhension totale, la musique du film gagne à être entendue.
